Jeff Diefenbach is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Burns & Wilcox where he holds an operational leadership role for more than 10 office locations across the Midwest and East regions.

With decades of experience in the insurance industry, Jeff is responsible for supporting teams that specialize in Personal, Commercial and Professional Insurance capabilities, which has continued to expand year-over-year. He is also actively involved in corporate planning for strategy and management-driven initiatives.

He is actively involved in mentoring and coaching associates through the Kaufman Emerging Leaders Program (KELP) and the Kaufman Advanced Management Program (KAMP). Jeff also dedicates his time as a member of Butler University’s advisory council for its risk management.

He is a certified Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and holds an Associate in Underwriting (AU). Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Wayne State University.
