I was born and raised in León, Mexico, and moved to Georgia to play collegiate tennis, a decision that ultimately shaped my education, career, and family life. I earned my BBA and MBA from Shorter University and began my professional career as a tennis coach before transitioning into consulting.

As a consultant, I worked with Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries, including financial services, CPG, and risk management. Through that experience, I worked closely with several insurance carriers, which sparked my interest in the industry.

For nearly seven years, I worked on the retail side of the business, where I built and operated an independent insurance agency from the ground up. That experience gave me insight into the challenges agents face and a deep appreciation for finding creative solutions for complex risks. What I enjoy most about this industry is the opportunity to solve problems, build relationships, and learning every day.

I live in Canton, Georgia, with my wife, Rachel, our sons, Lucas and Mateo, and our dog, Margot. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, dirt bikes, and spending time with my family, usually cheering on my boys at their latest sporting events.
