Aaron Pfister is currently Associate Managing Director of Burns & Wilcox Phoenix, overseeing the Arizona and New Mexico offices. Aaron is responsible for ensuring growth, profitability and employee development of these offices while also producing his own Commercial book of business. With 10 years of industry experience, Aaron has a primary focus in providing difficult risk placement solutions for Casualty Commercial business, his efforts earning him Insurance Business America’s 2021 Rising Star Award.
 
Aaron graduated from Michigan State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Shortly after graduation, Aaron became a Commercial Insurance Agent with Brown & Brown Insurance, joining Burns & Wilcox just under a year later. During his time in the insurance industry, Aaron has managed to earn himself designations such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate of Risk Management (ARM), and Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI).
