Alicia started her insurance carrier in 2017 after graduating from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. During the last 7 years, Alicia worked as an Inside Broker and Senior Underwriter. She possesses specialized expertise in various coverage lines, including Professional Liability/E&O, Technology Errors & Omissions, Cyber, Management, Healthcare, and Financial Institutions. Alicia joined Burns & Wilcox in January 2025 and is now responsible for brokering all Professional and Management Lines for the state of Wisconsin. She is dedicated to maintaining client satisfaction through her leadership qualities, dependability, and ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
