I have the ability to train individuals and large classrooms from easy to complex products/rating situations that can be made with ease to understand. I have established the rollover dept from losing production & profits into a profitable dept as a 1 person team within a year, while visualizing innovative ideas to incur higher financial gains & customer satisfaction.
