Over the course of her 36 years in the industry, the last 12 with Burns & Wilcox, Gina has amassed a vast amount of experience and a litany of rewards and recognition. Currently, her responsibilities include expanding the environmental and energy practice, which consists of cultivating multiple production sources and developing diverse environmental programs for the company. As such, Gina leads a team responsible for establishing Burns and Wilcox as the leader for Environmental Insurance in the Wholesale market place.
 
Her experience includes marketing and product development, designing and implementing marketing plans and delivering high-performance teams. She also carries expertise in mediating challenging relations, minimizing risk to the company and increasing premium production.
