Kelly Cruz is a Commercial Lines Underwriter for Burns & Wilcox, Lake Mary. Kelly has over 10 years of experience working in E&S commercial lines in Florida and the surrounding Gulf States. She also has several years as a retail agent and understands the needs of the insured first-hand. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor’s Degree. Kelly developed her underwriting expertise and leadership skills by completing the Kaufman Leadership Development Program.
 
Since joining Burns and Wilcox in early 2021, she helped grow her team’s book to over $1,000,000 and has now been promoted to a Commercial Lines Underwriter. Kelly is committed to finding solutions and providing excellent customer services to her clients.
