She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, and holds both Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations.  Kristen has been with Burns & Wilcox since 2016 and is a Senior Commercial Underwriter in our Orlando office.
