O’Neil Franso
In his current role, O’Neil brings a systems-level perspective to operational excellence, drawing on deep experience in organizational design, workforce strategy and cross-functional program management to strengthen the way Kaufman’s companies operate and scale.
O’Neil’s career at Kaufman spans more than a decade. He first joined the organization in 2009 as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting corporate HR functions.
Following two external roles where he led enterprise HR for fast-growing companies, O’Neil returned to Kaufman in 2016 as a senior member of the HR department, leading organizational design and development, succession planning, employment practices, HR business partnership, leadership development and performance management.
O’Neil holds a Master of Science in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.
