Tim Pasik serves as Senior Vice President, Commercial Products for Burns & Wilcox, the specialty insurance wholesale broker and flagship brand of H.W. Kaufman Group.

In this role, Tim leads product strategy across Commercial Lines, working closely with insurance company partners, clients and production teams to develop innovative solutions and optimize market approaches. He also oversees the Environmental, Transportation and Excess Casualty groups, ensuring each team’s full integration into the broader Commercial strategy.

Tim brings more than a decade of specialty insurance leadership to Burns & Wilcox. He previously served as Regional President at Markel and as Product Line Leader for Commercial Excess. His career also includes leadership roles at Gen Re and AEGIS Insurance Services.
