Winston Rendall to Lead Portland & Seattle, Sandra Shambaugh to Oversee Fresno
FARMINGTON HILLS, MICH. (September 8, 2026) — Burns & Wilcox, a globally recognized leader in wholesale insurance brokerage and underwriting, today announced the hiring of Winston Rendall and Sandra Shambaugh as Associate Managing Directors.

Rendall comes to Burns & Wilcox with 10 years of experience. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales, Distribution and Business Development at Hull & Company, part of Bridge Specialty Group.

Shambaugh brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the insurance industry, along with a track record of managing, developing and growing teams. She previously served as Vice President of Insurance at AAA Hoosier Motor Club.
