FARMINGTON HILLS, MICH. (OCTOBER 16, 2025) — Burns & Wilcox, a globally recognized leader in wholesale insurance brokerage and underwriting, today announced the hiring of Tim Pasik, Senior Vice President, Commercial Products. Reporting into Executive Vice President Scott Higgins and based in the Burns & Wilcox New York City office, Pasik will be responsible for leading the product strategy across Commercial Lines.

Pasik’s position also includes oversight for many of the Burns & Wilcox specialty Commercial practices. He will work alongside Higgins to further the integration of each sector into a broader Commercial strategy.

Previously Pasik spent more than a decade at Markel, where he served as Product Line Leader for Commercial Wholesale Excess and then Regional President. His career also includes leadership roles at Gen Re and AEGIS Insurance Services.
