Former Farmers Insurance Executive Tim Dutchess to Lead the Company’s Growing Presence in San Diego & Across Orange County

FARMINGTON HILLS, MICH. (February 23, 2026) – Burns & Wilcox, a globally recognized leader in wholesale insurance brokerage and underwriting, today announced the hiring of Tim Dutchess, who will serve as Associate Managing Director with leadership responsibility for the company’s business units in San Diego and Orange County.

At Burns & Wilcox, Dutchess will report to Larry Paulaski, Regional Vice President.
