Berri Willis is currently Burns & Wilcox- Associate Vice President of Morehead City, North Carolina and Managing Director overseeing both the Morehead City and Charlotte offices.With 14 years of industry experience, Berri is currently managing two profit centers in the state of North Carolina as well as being the cover holders for all Lloyds of London products. She is also responsible for creating business plans to continue growth,managing and mentoring producers, marketing, and hiring in new talent, all while managing the 5 departments in each office. Berri’s expansive efforts have earned her Insurance Business America’s Rising Star Award as well as their Young Guns Award.
 
Berri graduated from Meredith College with a Bachelor of Science – BS, Fashion Merchandising. She started her insurance career in 2008 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with Burns& Wilcox where she gained a hunger for the insurance industry and has spent her entire insurance career since with Burns & Wilcox, moving up the Corporate ladder of success.
