Brad Turner is Vice President and National Product Manager, Flood, based in Morehead City, North Carolina. With more than 11 years of industry experience, Brad specializes in flood risk placement across residential and commercial portfolios, including traditional and parametric flood solutions.

Brad leads the Burns & Wilcox Flood Practice Group, overseeing the strategic management and growth of a comprehensive suite of flood insurance solutions for retail agents nationwide. His responsibilities include portfolio underwriting, carrier and client relationships, product development, and technology integrations to improve underwriting outcomes and client success. Under his leadership, the Flood Practice Group has been recognized as an industry flood leader, including being named the 2023 Inside P&C Specialty Team of the Year.

Known for his collaborative approach and strong client relationships, Brad delivers practical, data-driven solutions for complex flood risks. His expertise within the wholesale and MGA/U marketplace has earned national recognition, including The Insurer’s 2023 E&S Underwriting Rising Star of the Year and a 2023 IBA Top Specialist Wholesale Broker.
