With 10 years industry experience, Jim leads a team that specializes in Casualty Brokerage and Contract Binding. Jim also develops and manages Exclusive Programs for retail partners for a variety of niche industries. 
As a dynamic team leader, Jim and his team are continually establishing solutions in a rapidly changing insurance market. Jim is known for his resourcefulness and determination to succeed. Jim’s efforts have earned him a spot in the Burns & Wilcox Million Dollar Club for 2 consecutive years and an invitation to the Burns & Wilcox Producer Forum for 4 consecutive years. Jim graduated Cum Laude from Illinois Wesleyan University with a Bachelors degree in Risk Management. Jim joined Burns & Wilcox in 2012 as a Casualty Broker and has since expanded his product knowledge and expertise.
