Farmington Hills, Mich. (October 16, 2026) – H.W. Kaufman Group, the privately held, industry leading global insurance organization, today announced that six members of its U.S. teams have been promoted to new roles. The announcement follows the 2026 Kaufman Leadership Meeting in San Diego, California, which brings together leaders from Kaufman companies worldwide.

The promotions included:

• Jamie Bonner, promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources, from Corporate Vice President.
• O’Neil Franso, promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations; from Corporate Vice President.
• Shelby Zgnilec, promoted to Senior Vice President, from Corporate Vice President.
• Jeannie Reilly, promoted to Associate Vice President, Carrier Relations; from Senior Director, Carrier Relations.
• Obie Scott, promoted to Burns & Wilcox Managing Director, Sacramento from Associate Managing Director.
• Chelsie Tysdal, promoted to Burns & Wilcox Managing Director, Los Angeles, from Associate Managing Director.
